• All invoices are due upon receipt and will be payable within 30 days.

• Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate specified in the invoice or as per legal allowance.

2. Subscriptions and Services:

• All technology services, including website development, mobile apps, and other solutions, are subject to a monthly subscription fee.
• Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled with a one-month notice period.
• Just so you know, notice of cancellation must be provided in writing to our support team.

3. Refunds and Returns:

• Services already obtained are not refundable. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, considering the services subscribed to or purchased.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the service delivery date.
• If a subscription is cancelled, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No refunds will be issued for any remaining period of a subscription after cancellation.
• Refund will be processed within 14 business days of approval and credited to your source account in 15-16 business days.

• Service Modification: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion with a one-month notice period. Any modifications will be communicated in advance to ensure minimal disruption.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all confidential information, including project details and proprietary information, secure and not disclose it to any third party without prior consent.
• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is based.Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
